Treatment Flow Step6 Maintenance, Check-up, Cleaning Step5 Re-evaluation (Diagnosis) Step4 Initial Medical Care Step3 Diagnosis Step2 Examination Step1 Temporary Repairs

Temporary Repairs

Among the patients who visit our clinic, some come to us experiencing severe pain, or because a filling has come loose and they are worried about the possibility of tooth decay. In such cases, we will put in place a quick temporary repair that relieves the pain or, in the case of a displaced filling, place an interim filling until a more permanent repair can take place.

Examination

In order to perform a thorough check to see if problems may have arisen of which a patient is unaware, we will take X-rays, perform a periodontal examination, and use an intraoral camera to capture images of difficult-to-see areas of the mouth. This will help us determine the cause of the problem by examining the entire oral cavity.

Diagnosis

Based on the results of the examination, we will then suggest a course of action for future treatment with the patient. As a team, we strive to resolve any questions or concerns regarding treatment in order to meet the needs of the patient.

Initial Medical Care

Our job is not only to treat tooth decay and perform tooth extractions, but also to remove tartar from teeth and provide instruction on proper tooth brushing technique in order to fix fundamental dental problems. We value preventative measures in addition to treating already existing problems.

Re-evaluation (Diagnosis)

After treatment, a follow-up session will be held to go over a number of items. For example, we will ensure the patient’s bite feels natural when closing the mouth, and make certain no pain or discomfort exists. Please feel free to consult the staff about anything during this session.

Maintenance, Check-up, Cleaning

Because it is fundamentally important to visit the dentist regularly to prevent tooth decay and periodontal disease, rather than waiting until existing problems are present and in need of treatment, we focus on preventative maintenance following all treatment. Our lasting goal is to be the dental clinic people always feel at ease visiting throughout the course of their life, and as a team, we continually strive from the heart to create an environment and ambience people trust.
